Rome, 17 November 2022 – Green Arrow Capital SGR (GAC), one of the leading independent Italian operators active in alternative investments, announces today the acquisition of 70% of a portfolio of 5 wind farms through the Green Arrow Infrastructure of the Future fund (“GAIF” or the “Fund”). The plants, already in operation, were developed and built by the Lazzari & Lucchini SpA Group (L&L), which remains a minority shareholder.
