Rome, 19 December 2023 – Green Arrow Capital, one of the leading independent Italian operators in alternative investments and manager of Green Arrow Asset Selection S.C.A. Sicav- Sif (“GAAS”) Fund, announces the successful completion of the debt restructuring operation for a wind portfolio located in Spain. In detail, the operation saw the refinancing, granted by Santander Corporate & Investment Banking, for a total value of €24 million of two wind farms, located in Malaga and the city of Cadice respectively, for a combined installed capacity of approx. 50MWp.
